WHAT IS ŠNYT?

The “Šnyt” beer restaurant chain aims to offer its guests a wide range of beers in the most top condition that only a beer connoisseur can imagine. The offer includes beers of the premium brand Lobkowicz and other beer jewels from the offer of seven Czech and Moravian breweries from the company “Pivovary Lobkowicz”.

We pay maximum attention to the quality of beer and use the best technologies to achieve it – a cooled storage box, chilled beer glasses in a water bath and special taps for tapping the “surface” or “shovel”. All this complemented by a pleasant interior and great cuisine.

je vrcholem umu pana výčepního při čepování piva na jeden zátah. Pan výčepní nejprve mírným pootočením kohoutu nařízne do sklenice dostatečné množství pěny, otevře pivní kohout naplno a pod pěnu dočepuje pivo tak aby pěna dosahovala k hornímu okraji sklenice. Hladinka se vyznačuje rovným hladkým povrchem na mokré pěně.

TWICE (NADVAKRÁT)

is the most common method of tapping, where in the first phase the taper fills the glass to about two thirds with beer with a high layer of foam and in the second phase, until the beer foam drops slightly and finishes the glass to the right size. Beer drafted more than twice is characterized by a dry dense foam, which is above the edge of the glass. The beer has a lower to medium taste.

ŠNYT

is a small beer in a large glass. Mr. tap first cuts a sufficient amount of foam into the glass by slightly turning the tap, then opens the beer tap fully and taps the beer under the foam so that there is about 1/3 of the beer, 1/3 of the foam and 1/3 of the glass empty in the glass. The beer is characterized by liquid cream foam, medium taste and freshness.

MILK (MLÍKO)

is a glass full of wet beer foam. By slightly opening the tap, the tap cuts the foam and fills the glass to the brim. The foam is very compact and fluid. At first glance, the glass filled in this way resembles milk. Beer milk is drunk immediately after tapping before the foam is converted into beer. It is characterized by a sweet taste and low aftertaste. Maybe that’s why milk is popular among women.
